You're not the only one up at 3am

A wristband can't sit with you. People can.

One doula put it simply: what new parents need most after a hard birth isn't another reminder — it's community. We're building that here, in spaces organized around what you're actually going through.

General postpartum

For the everyday hard parts — sleep, recovery, identity, the stuff nobody warns you about.

Pregnancy & infant loss

A space held for grief, without needing to explain it or perform being okay.

Birth trauma & NICU

For births that didn't go the way you expected — medically or emotionally.

High-risk & complications

Connect with others who've navigated preeclampsia, hemorrhage, and other complications.

How this works

Built to be safe, not just open.

Community spaces around grief, trauma, and mental health need real care in how they're run — not just a comment box. Before these spaces open, we're building:

  • Moderation by trained peer volunteers, with clinical advisors available
  • Clear crisis-response protocols, including direct paths to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
  • Separate, opt-in spaces for loss and trauma so no one is caught off guard
  • A local group finder for in-person meetups and hospital-run support groups

Be first to know when we open

Community spaces are launching soon. Leave your email and we'll let you know the moment they're live — no spam, ever.

Thank you — we'll be in touch when community spaces open.

"There are so many risks, and it's just like you almost become invisible." — A doula, on why community matters as much as awareness

Need to talk to someone right now?

Community takes time to build well. If you need support today, book a same-day virtual visit, or if you're in crisis, call or text 988.
